KILOS! (kee-lós) is a Filipino word which generally means “Act!” or “Move!” but could also mean “Work!” or “Go!” depending on how it is used. It connotes a decisive action, a progressive step towards a clear goal, or to effect change.
Published twice a year, KILOS! is a bilingual newspaper that aims to inform & educate workers and other basic sectors about important issues and events that are usually ignored by the mainstream media.

Ang edukasyong paggawa ay napakahalagang bahagi ng pag-oogarnisa ng mga manggagawa at ng kanilang mga unyon o kahalintulad na samahan. Katunayan, ang dalawang gawaing ito ay hindi maihihiwalay at dapat ay patuloy na pinauunlad, laluna dahil sa nagbabagong larangan ng “labanan” ngayon — sa ilalim ng neoliberal na globalisasyon.
